  yes, it's just me again, whining about another build error.

asm/page.h is not exported by kernel headers anymore. getpagesize()
definition could be obtained from including <unistd.h>

There is a new patch floating around, c/o Paul Eggleton.
The old asm-patch needs to be removed.

I think this could be committed today
