  another of my scripts scans the tree to see which header files under
include/linux appear to be totally un-included by anyone:

  - mtd/compat.h
  - mtd/nftl.h
  - mtd/ndfc.h

it may be that they'll eventually be needed, or maybe not, but no one
is including them right this instant.
