Do you know when it stopped? It looks like there is some activities on
the 'sashiko-reviews' ML.

On my side, I sent a PR to change this file:

https://github.com/sashiko-dev/sashiko/blob/main/deployment/sashiko.dev/email_policy.toml

Maybe something has changed for your case?

I don't know if Roman and other sashiko devs are on this users@ ML, but
there is a Sashiko ML (now in cc).

Cheers,
Matt

Hey!

Several questions here:
1) What mailing list are we talking about? There are per-mailing list
policies defining if and who sashiko is sending emails.
2) Do you see findings in corresponding patches on sashiko.dev?
Sashiko previously reported preexisting bugs together with new bugs,
but now it's putting them into the database available to corresponding
maintainers ("bugs" button on sashiko.dev), so the number of emails
might naturally drop.
3) There might be a bug somewhere :) I need more details to dig in.

Thanks

I don't send patches very often, so I can't say for sure.

Oleg, you're sending more patches. When did sashiko stop sending you
reviews?

linux-fsdevel.

Joel Granados mentioned [1] that sashiko had some comments on my patches [2],
but I haven't received any emails from sashiko.

I've never received any emails from sashiko. Fortunately I can read the
reviews on sashiko.dev.

Oleg.

I also noticed Sashiko is not sending reviews as replies to patches that are
sent to damon@lists.linux.dev.

The last time I got the review reply [1] was 2026-10-02 07:14 (PT).
Today I sent a patch [2] and didn't receive the review as a reply to the patch.

Also, from Sashiko web interface's subsystems dropdown menu, I show two menu
entries [3,4] for 'damon'. Given the URL, it seems the second one [4] is based
on a wrong DAMON mailing list address.

Could you please take a look when you get a chance?

Maybe I was impatient. I received replies after ~1.5 hours.

This is still same, though.

Email reviews are sent only to some subsystems (if corresponding
maintainers opted in). It's configured here:
https://github.com/sashiko-dev/sashiko/blob/main/deployment/sashiko.dev/email_policy.toml

fsdevel@ is not there.

I guess some of Alexey's patches had some other mailing lists in cc with
configured email policy.

Also there was few minor email outages over last couple of days, but it
only delayed certain emails.

Thanks

Hi SJ!

There was a regression introduced recently which made email delivery
stall periodically. Already fixed. Should work from now on.

I'll take a look.

Thanks
