GSC firmware is required for content protection features (PXP, HDCP).
This series adds this support.

NVL-S is identified by GSC major version 108.
The compatibility version is 0.0.

Now that the GSC FW is defined, we can enable PXP for NVL-S. The feature
will only be turned on if the binary is found on disk.
