[Buildroot] [PATCH] package/libuhttpd: bump to version 3.14.3

This release updates the bundled ssl library, which adds support for
Mbed TLS 4.x and OpenSSL 4.0, and fixes HTTPS connections that should be
closed being kept open.

Drop the patch, as it is included in this release.

Use the sha256 hash provided by upstream.
