[PATCH] staging: rtl8723bs: remove unnecessary parentheses around list pointers

Remove the redundant parentheses enclosing the list macro arguments to
align the code layout with the standard Linux kernel formatting guidelines.
This resolves the styling checks flagged by the checkpatch utility.
