Removed patches which are included in this release.

Added patch 0001 to fix musl build error which would be introduced by
this bump:

Musl build error was reported upstream:

+When using musl C libs, stdout/stderr are read-only vars and
+compilation reports errors, for example:

+  551 |         stdout = f;
+
+Also man stdout points out:
+Since the symbols stdin, stdout, and stderr are specified to be
+macros, assigning to them is nonportable.

+As this function do not have any user, just remove it.
