What hosting issue? It's a publicly available binary, I'll put it in my github.

This isn't right anyway, we should be taking the firmware images and packaging
them into the initrd.cpio using the normal OE methods for initrd creation.
Pre-bundling isn't correct here and prevents us from adding more to this initrd later.
I know that's how it was done before, and I also know that Keystone2 isn't supported
in Kirkstone/Master so none of this matters, but I'd say that is even more
reason not to forever pollute the git repo with this blob.
