Re: [meta-arago][dunfell][PATCH v2] all: Remove reference to arago-project.org

It is a single tiny tar ball.  We will not be adding any more versions 
of it going forward, and dealing with the hosting issue is more 
problematic than just putting the tar ball in the repo.

Plus, there is precedent from the openembedded project for putting small 
tarballs in the recipes this way.
