No particular pattern. Sometimes happens immediately after logging in.
Sometimes happens 10 times per day, sometimes after a week of trouble-free
operation. No particular application causes it.

This most recent time it happened 3 times in a row. Last was upon pressing
Alt+Tab from Chrome.

Hardware is a Macbook 7,1 mid2011. Dmesg output attached.
