expected and actual cursor texture

I'm on Ubuntu 18.04.1 with a RX 480 and Mesa 18.2.2

The mouse cursor texture is not correctly displayed. There are several
artifacts, like a left vertical missing line, bright magenta, green and cyan
pixels (see the attached image).
