nouveau uses symbols
exaPixmapIsOffscreen,
exaGetDrawablePixmap
from exa_priv.h, which is not a public header.

Those functions should either be moved to public headers or something else used
in nouveau instead of them.

Hmm, I'm reopening, it seems we still use exaGetDrawablePixmap in the video
texture code.
