This issue was discovered on the new Ubuntu 26 OS.
No issues were encountered when running version v24.11.7-rc1 on Ubuntu 24.04.
Ubuntu 24.04 environment:
  Ubuntu 24.04.3 LTS/Linux 6.8.0-41-generic
  Compiler: clang 18.1.3
