GPU: Polaris 10/Ellesmere (RX 480)

According to the documentation amdgpu.audio=0 should disable audio
functionality. However, the HDMI audio devices are still present.

Not a bug.  Two things:
1. The audio parameter just ignores the speakers in the display and treats it
like a display without speakers.  It does not make the audio device disappear.
2. The audio parameter only works with the legacy non-DC display support
(amdgpu.dc=0)
