Xrandr detects the TV, but doesn't send anyimage to the TV, the TV say NO
SIGNAL.

You need to upgrade your kernel to 2.6.36.  Previous kernels did not support
the encoder used for the HDMI on your laptop.  For reference, the patch
required is here:
