mmiotrace + edid + dmesg + lspci
There's currently no support for driving DisplayPort outputs on nvd9.
Attached is an mmiotrace of the nvidia driver enabling and disabling the my DP
monitor. The only mode it exposes in the EDID appears to be 1920x1200. I can
probably rustle up another monitor with more available modes if necessary.
