Hi,

I recently upgraded from Catalyst 15.12 and functionality exposed via ADL is
not working at all; I cannot even get temperature/fan speed reporting to work.

I'm not sure if this is expected or not. Seems this could be replaced/supported
by the powerplay work in the upcoming 4.7 kernel.

ADL is not supported in the amdgpu-pro driver.  The same functionality can be
accessed via standard Linux interfaces (e.g., hwmon for temperature and fan
control, sysfs for clock control, etc..
