Kernel config for regression area

Kernel 4.2 works fine while 4.3 and later fail by freezing hard.

On failure the last kernel message output via netconsole is:
  nouveau 0000:02:00.0: DRM: allocated 1920x1080 fb: 0x4000, bo dd258000
