PWM_OMAP_DMTIMER_TRIGGER_OVERFLOW_AND_COMPARE is deleted along with header file
and used OMAP_TIMER_TRIGGER_OVERFLOW_AND_COMPARE. I should have mentioned this
in my commit description. Will fix it in v2.
