[PATCH 0/1] poky-image-minimal -- disable package tool

When selecting poky-image-minimal, the package database is removed by
default.  However the packaging software is still installed, but it won't
function without the database.  So in order to save space remove the
package tool from the filesystem image.

If the packaging database is removed by default, then there is no reason to
install the packaging tool, it just wastes space.
