This is an update to the XLP support patches based on the feedback
I have received so far. The main change is that I have created a new
directory arch/mips/netlogic/common and moved code that can be shared
between XLR and XLP there. The mmio functions and PIC interface functions
have been unified as much as possible to be used from the common files.
The first 3 patches are minor fixes to the existing XLR code. The third
patch rearrages the current XLR code and creates the common directory.
The 4th patch updates the current XLR default config to enable PCI by
default. The patches after that add XLP processor support.

This is an update to the XLP support patches based on the feedback
I have received so far. The main change is that I have created a new
directory arch/mips/netlogic/common and moved code that can be shared
