[PATCH 1/1] atom-pc: Update to linux-yocto_3.8 (3.8.4)

Bring atom-pc up to date with the latest available linux-yocto kernel,
3.8.4. Build and boot tested on the Toshiba NB-305 notebook with
core-image-sato.
