 - fix the failures reported by CI in v14.

 - patch 1 "selftests: mptcp: skip tests when features are not
   supported, v2, patches 8-37"

 - fix all the failures the CI is complaining about with the debug kconfig.
 - rename endpoint_manipulation to pm_nl_set_endpoint.

Pass addr parameter to mptcp_pm_alloc_anno_list() instead of entry. We
can reduce the scope, e.g. in mptcp_pm_alloc_anno_list(), we only access
"entry->addr", we can then restrict to the pointer to "addr" then.

This patch moves userspace pm tests out of do_transfer(). Move add
addrese test into a new function userspace_pm_add_addr(), and remove
address test into userspace_pm_rm_addr(). Move add subflow test into
userspace_pm_add_sf() and remove subflow into userspace_pm_rm_sf().

Then addr_nr_ns1 and addr_nr_ns2 can be removed in the next commit.

This patch moves endpoint settings out of do_transfer() into a new
function pm_nl_set_endpoint(), then addr_nr_ns1 and addr_nr_ns2
arguments can be removed for do_transfer() and run_tests().

(I'm not a big fan of this "sleep 1" (and in the previous test) but we
were already doing that before in do_transfer() so OK)

Here, we should wait before checking the number of removed subflows, no?
Before, it was probably OK because there were a few stuffs between
run_tests where the SF was removed and chk_rm_nr() but now, it is done
directly after.

The best would be something similar to wait_mpj() (or a "sleep 1"
because we have one just before?)

I think it would be clearer if chk_mptcp_info() was getting 3 parameters:
- counter name for ns1
- counter name for ns2
- the expected value for both (or 2 different ones)

If you do that, you can remove this if/elif/else section.

So we would call:

  chk_mptcp_info subflows subflows 1
  chk_mptcp_info add_addr_signal add_addr_accepted 1

But you can also add helpers:

  check_mptcp_info_subflows()
  {
          chk_mptcp_info subflows subflows "${1}"
  }

  check_mptcp_info_add_addr()
  {
          chk_mptcp_info add_addr_signal add_addr_accepted "${1}"
  }

  check_mptcp_info_subflows 1
  check_mptcp_info_add_addr 1

Does it mean that this selftest will be even slower than before?

(also, that's quite a lot of modifications, it might be a bit annoying
for the backports but I think it will help for the maintenance)

(just an idea: if we want to reduce the number of args, we could also
pass env vars to the different functions)
