I think we should have it also when looking at old unmaintained releases.

e.g. https://docs.yoctoproject.org/4.1.4/ but I would think we want to 
show https://docs.yoctoproject.org/langdale/ in the dropdown menu from 
that page.

Latest for me implies the latest tag, but this is not something 
important IMO as it's easy to fix later on if it turns out whatever term 
we picked is confusing.
