Hello,
After moving /lib/tls to /lib/tls.disabled I get errors when trying to
run rpm or yum commands.
Moving tls.disabled back to tls fixes the problem. Is there something
I can do to solve the error while still having tls moved to
tls.disabled for performance?
Thanks,
Brian

Yes - kind of. Assuming you use bash as your shell, add the following to
your /etc/bashrc
alias rpm='LD_LIBRARY_PATH=/lib/tls.disabled/ rpm'
alias yum='LD_LIBRARY_PATH=/lib/tls.disabled/ yum'

What does 'ldd /bin/rpm' show.
We'll be releasing a Xen-friendly version of NPTL libc soon anyhow.
