[PATCH 2 of 5] xentrace: print calculated numbers in calculate_tbuf_size()

xentrace: print calculated numbers in calculate_tbuf_size()

Print number of pages to allocate for per-cpu tracebuffer and metadata
to ease debugging when allocation fails.
