Hello ~
I'm wondering if there is any interest from the core OE
contributors for perhaps a new look for the OpenEmbedded project? We
at Bug Labs are consuming great work from the OE project and would
like to give back if it's something you are interested in. Our
graphic designer is Mateo Zlatar, he's worked on other FOSS projects,
adding logos or changing color schemes. For example, he created the
Concierge logo: http://concierge.sourceforge.net. Some of his other
work is at http://sourcelab.us. To be clear, Mateo is an independent
contractor and any work that he did for the OpenEmbedded project
would be paid for by Bug, and any resulting IP would be owned/
controlled by the OE team (foundation?), no strings attached.
So, if there is interest in a refresh of the logo, color scheme
changes, and other CSS elements to the wiki, please let me know.
Regards,
Ken Gilmer
Bug Labs, Inc.

People have been moaning about it for a long, long time, so the answer
is: Yes!
regards,
Koen

Hi Ken,
this is an amazing offer, thanks a lot!
We have kind of lost hope on getting a good website -- as it stands,
buildsystem experts seem to be very bad in graphic design ;)
How can we proceed?
Cheers,

Excellent! I think Mateo has some initial questions before he begins
such as thematic suggestions, etc.. I'll assume the ml is the
appropriate place for this discussion but LMK if there are other ideas.
thx

You can also use #oe channel on freenode. Many OE devs are hanging out there.
