OE commit access

OE commit access

[Mark Brown]

I'd like to request OE commit access - several people have told me that
I should do so.  I intend to work on audio applications and support for
boards that I'm working with.

IIRC Mark had commit access in monotone days.

I had root on one of the monotone mirrors so technically I was able to
do commits but that's not quite the same thing :)
