[dm-crypt] Cryptsetup FAQ monthly pointer 3/2014

The FAQ can be found in the sources and the most current version
is at http://code.google.com/p/cryptsetup/wiki/FrequentlyAskedQuestions

Changes since last pointer:

- 8.3 explains how to use cryptsetup 1.6.4 or later to recover
  from whirlpool being broken in older gcrypt releases

- 6.12 now contains a LUKS header desctiption with 
  hex and decimal offsets.

On first sight, there's some typos in 6.12:

lenght-> length.
(512 byteper sector) -> 512 byte(s) per

In the keyslot part of the table:
PBKDF3 iteration count ->  PBKDF2 ...

You have stuff from paragraphs 6.5 and 6.6 appearing in section 8.
