Has everyone seen http://www.csl.sony.co.jp/person/kjc/software.html ?
I just stumbled across it today and it has some good graphs and
analysis of CBQ and some other tools for BSD (not Linux) but fairly
relevant nonetheless.

AFAIK ALTQ's CBQ is better than Linux's ... What would
be nice is to implement HFSC. It has VERY nice characteristic.
I wanted to try it i year ago but it is rather complex ..
