Hi all,
I guess specifying a rate for the tocken bucket filter is just for the
OUTGOING traffic on the specified interface as we can only limit traffic
that we generate ourselves. Am i Right??
This is extra important for me as my upstream bandwidth differs from my
downstream bandwidth.
Best regards,
