I'm trying to test diffserv,
I have only three PCs (traffic source, router, Traffic
destination/analizer).
Is it possible to test a filter based on destination address using two
aliases for the destination box?
Another question: a good/simple (and free :-) )ip packet generator?

Yes, just use the 2 different filters filetering on the different ip-address. 
 I do the same, but I use different ports to filter.

I use ttcp.  I start different servers on different ports and connect with 
different clients.  And I filter of course on the destination port.
