[LARTC] about diffserv testbed on linux

hi,folks, 
I want to do some actual test using linux's diffserv implementation. but
I am starting from scratch not for long, and time is very limited.  can
you give me some instructions on taking a test? how can I  get such
results as  http://qos.ittc.ukans.edu/af.html
