Hi,

I am just another newcomer to LARTC, and not much
experience on linux either.

I need to limit usable bandwidth on a per-ip basis, so that
my internet bandwith isnt hogged by the network users. I
would like to assign a specific bandwith to an IP address,
so people doing useless downloads all day dont affect the
other users.

I really need help on this one (bcos my boss is involved).

And when you reply please put my email address
(mnh3000@yahoo.com) in your CC field so that I dont have to
hunt through the digest to find your helpful suggestions.

Thanks a lot,
