Do you mean IP aliases on the same ethernet or VLANs?
You can configure multiple IPs on the same Ethernet interface with the
command 'ip address add <IP ADDRESS> dev <device>' 'ip address help'
will give you more info
The kernel also supports 802.1q VLANs which allows you to create new
interfaces and assign IPs to those interfaces.

No I don't want ip aliases since I can't use it as devices into my
netfilter-firewall script.

How about using fwmark to tag a subnet then ip policy rules to treat it
as local
iptables -t mangle -A PREROUTING -s 0/0 -d 1.2.3.4/24 -j MARK --set-mark 1
ip rule add prio 100 fwmark 1 table 100
ip route add local 0/0 dev lo table 100
This will treat subnet 1.2.3.4/24 as local. I use this to tag a subnet for IPVS-NATing

Perhaps you mean something like eth0:0, eth0:1, eth0:2, where each eth0
is the same hardware devies, and :0, :1, and :2 are different
IP/Mask/Networks? If you are in Redhat, ~ version 7.3+, you can go to
/etc/sysconfig/network-scripts/, and find a file named ifcfg-eth0 for
the first hardware device, ifcfg-eth1 for the 2nd device, so on. To add
a second IP/Mask/Network to eth0, you can create this file:
ifcfg-eth0:1. The contents of that file can be similar to:
DEVICE=eth0:1
ONBOOT=yes
BOOTPROTO=static
IPADDR\x10.0.0.0
NETMASK%5.0.0.0
BROADCAST\x10.255.255.255
