Yes, I can grab the class from there, but when I try to load the java demo
page on http://home.docum.org/qos/, both of the applets still give the
error.

What version of and brand of JVM are you using with IE, because I'm running
sun's sdk 1.4.1-01 and it doesn't find the CounterScroll.class.
If the source is available I have a couple of guys here that can assist
with
the java development.
Rgds,
Andrew.

Excepcion: CounterScroll.class
At home I use IE 6 (I don't remember the version of Java).
I'm not a Java specialist too...

I added a "source" link. I didn't wrote the java class. I only adapted it.
I promised the original author to leave the top 20 lines or so intact.

Maybe I found next mistake in Squid conf of my ISP (one time I said the whole traffic from his interfaces - mrtg).

I found an other issue. There is a builtin security feature that prevents a
java applet to load data from an other server. So you have to give the real
address in the configuration. In my case this is qos.dyndns.org:3389.
So I added an extra option to the config file so you can specify the real
server address from where the apllet (and the other files) are loaded.
