my supervisor ask me to add CSZ scheduler to TC, and used to do traffic
control. is there anyone who add CSZ scheduler to TC? is it possible?

The source is already in the kernel (sch_csz.c). But the help says: "This scheduler is
currently broken". You can fix it if you want.

does it mean that the current sch_csz.c doesn't work, and I need to do some
modification to sch_csz.c if I want to add it to tc program?

You should contact the sch_csz.c author to ask him what is "currently broken"
in it.
Is it the csz algorithm? The tc interface for it? Something else?
