 I want to know the more quikly and easy way mo make QoS in my net.
 There is any software to do this ???

Yes.  You can find it on www.kernel.org :)
Basically, you need a linux router.  The QOS configuration for the router is 
an other issue.  The needed info can be found on lartc.org and docum.org.
