I have some scripts to monitor tc stats.  See www.docum.org on the GUI page.

Hi all,

Does anyone know of a script/some code designed to poll tc's queuing
statistics  periodically and extract information like queue lengths, packet
drops, etc for real time (or off-line) stats collection? It's probably a
long shot, but I thought I'd ask...

bit of a delay while I slightly tidied my script for this, if anyone takes 
a look at it please let me know what you're opinion of it is.
