Since it's the simplist it could make things easier for those running an
ADSL connection and not hosting.
I've found the infomation for sch_prio scarce.

Yes, I have some documentation on using sch_prio and the entire Linux
traffic control system underway. It is not yet done (stay tuned).
I'm not sure I'd agree with you that sch_prio is the simplest, but I
absolutely agree with you about the need for some more information on it.
Are you aware of the LARTC section on it?
