Hi, I would like to be able to control
the slave devices of a bridge independently
of the bridge interface. For e.g. if I have
eth0 and eth1 in a bridge eth0-eth1, then
I the following doesn't give an error,
but doesn't actually work either?
ip link set dev eth0 promisc on
However this does work?
ip link set dev eth0 down
Is this a bug?
cheers,
Pádraig.
p.s. the bridge mailing list web site doesn't work
