After i key in this,
#tc qdisc add dev eth0 root handle 10: cbq bandwidth 10Mbit avpkt 1000
linux kernel gives me this reply:
" RTNETLINK answers: Invalid argument."
PLease help. i can't even get past the first stage!!
i'm running Linux Mandrake 7.2 with default kernel 2.2.17

The default kernel may not include everything you need. Compile a kernel
with all the QoS settings turned on.
