<PRE>Hi!
My configuration is very usual.

Internet &lt;== ppp0 = [ linux ] = eth0 ==&gt; LAN

PPP-link is 128k modem. Eth0 is 10Mbit ethernet card. I need to realize
fair access for LAN users to internet via shaping incomming ppp traffic
(I don't wont to limit speed, only to give each user equal bandwidth).
What qdisc is better to use in my case? I know that it is possible to
shape only outcomming traffic, i.e. for eth0. What values of parameters
like bandwidth, weight should I use in description qdisc ? 10Mbit or
128Kbit?

Ilya Golovko.
Russia.
