RULE\x192.168.101.18
RULE\x192.168.101.19
RULE\x192.168.101.20
ok what this does is give all this IP 64K to work with. It balanceses the
bandwith really good, NOTE that 192.168.101.11 is not listed this, the
traffic fore this IP is not limited.
Hope it works for how needs something like this, I haven't got the hardware
to thest it on several IP classes, but i think it should work.
