Would it not make sense for it to be possible for a Queue's output to
enter another queue?
For example, if one could set up SFQ on a card for a LAN, and have each
dynamic queue created by SFQ send its output to a RED queue, you could
have the benefits of how RED deals with congestion on a
per-host+destination pair group.
Just a thought ...
