[ Venkat] The issue is who issues the BUS scanning operations. Is it
done in userspace ? What is the time interval between bus scanning for new
detection? How is it going to affect SCSI BUS IO speed? We dont want a too
frequent scanning which affects IO performance. Too long an interval really
undermines Plug & Play. AEN seems better , but i have to check whether FCP
supports it.
