It seems that a lot of people are unaware of HP's testdrive program
(formerly Compaq's testdrive program), so I thought it might be worth
pointing out: if you want an account on a McKinley (Itanium 2)
machine, you can get one easily at:

	http://testdrive.hp.com/

Since these are shared & public machines, there are some limitations
on what you can do with them (e.g., no benchmarking), but for basic
software testing etc., they're very handy and the sign-up process is
straight-forward and quick (time between sign-up and account available
is a couple of hours).
