I've released efibootmgr 0.4.2 final, the same code as 0.4.2-test2,
changing only the release number and ChangeLog to reflect this. No code
changes were made.

I've got a good start on the next major version (0.5.0) which adds sysfs
support in addition to /proc support, which will be desired for the
2.6.x-series kernels based on Matt Tolentino's recent work.
