I have been using UltraLinux 1.1 since the day after it was released
and it finally crashed for the first time. Here's what happened.
I was using X and running all X clients locally except for Netscape
which was running on a Solaris box. Suddenly funny stuff appeared at
the top of the screen. I then realized that I was back at a console,
however I couldn't see anything I typed except that when I moved the
cursor around it blanked out stuff on the screen. Here is the error
message that appeared at the top of the screen in the Linux console
font.
128.155.65.24 sent an invalid ICMP error to a broadcast.
