Your patch renames TARGET_ARCH to MINIOS_TARGET_OS and not
MINIOS_TARGET_ARCH :-) You have also missed updating the PAE check in
the Makefile. Are you on the latest changeset?

I guess not.  I'll fix this later.  It's really not that important.
